Local talent, big dreams, and boundless potential—that’s what we celebrate with our annual scholarship program. For over 30 years, United & Turtle Mountain Communications has been proud to support our community’s youth. This spring, we awarded $41,000 in scholarships to 31 outstanding high school seniors attending accredited universities in the fall.
Our scholarship program, founded in 1991, has provided nearly a million dollars in financial support to hard-working students. Each year, we’re inspired by the determination and achievements of our applicants. This program isn’t just about funding their education; it’s about honoring the values of leadership, service, and community commitment that these students embody.
Here’s a closer look at some key highlights of this year’s scholarship program and the remarkable recipients we’re celebrating.
Recognizing Excellence from Across Our Region
Our winners hail from schools across our service region, showcasing a balance of academic excellence, extracurricular dedication, and community involvement. Some have made their marks in student government, sports, and volunteering, while others are potential future leaders in STEM, education, and the arts.
