Kirsten Gendron

Kirsten Gendron – Customer Service Manager, Langdon

Kirsten is our Customer Service Manager, overseeing our three offices, and has a passion for helping our customers – her friends and neighbors – receive the best possible service.

Loving mother of three, Kirsten gives back to her community as a volunteer EMT and enjoys scooping ice cream for children at our Kids Club events! Her favorite United Communications service is her 200 Mbps internet, which allows her to connect with her family while still having enough bandwidth for the kids to do their online schooling and for her to stream her favorite shows.

Danielle Andresen – Customer Service Representative, Langdon

If you call our Langdon office, you might get Danielle. She has been with us for over 7 years and is wonderful at getting you what you need to help solve your problems quickly and efficiently.

Danielle grew up as an Eagle in her hometown of Walhalla, ND, and is now married with a beautiful teenage daughter. “My favorite United Communications service is our TV service; it has something for everyone in my family: sports and news for my husband, movies for my daughter, and HGTV, DIY, and HBO for me,” says Andresen.

Laurie Bercier – Customer Service Representative, Rolla

Laurie has been with us for nearly 16 years at our Rolla office, helping to ensure your customer satisfaction with the services you receive and troubleshooting

She an active mother of five, including one COVID-graduating high school senior, and loves using the internet to stay connected with her family in Fargo and Minot through FaceTime. A lover of the great outdoors, Laurie adores the beauty of Turtle Mountain’s environment and community.

Peggy Lider – Customer Service Representative, Bottineau

At our Bottineau office for over 18 years, Peggy is grateful for the wonderful relationships she has been able to develop with customers as well as her team.

The Turtle Mountain Communications service she loves the most is internet because it provides such an opportunity for families to stay connected, no matter how far away they may be. “I especially like to help customers my age and older, who didn’t grow up with all this technology, to figure out what service they need to be able to connect with their children or grandchildren. That makes everyday life better in a big way!”

Peggy Lider

Peggy loves art, nature, photography and family history – you may have seen some of her beautiful designs and paintings on the local art murals she helped with around Bottineau! She and her husband of 35 years, Greg, live in the community and have a daughter, Carleigh, who lives in Denver.

We live right here in our rural communities with you, and are truly here for you. Giving you the best possible services is not just our job – this is our mission and how we help keep our communities strong and connected.
