Series Recordings:

Your series recordings will automatically transition to their new HD channel numbers, so you won’t miss any of your favorite shows.

Channel Numbers:

Channels will now appear on lower numbers (e.g., Channel 8 instead of 1008).

Non-HD TVs:

If you have a non-HD TV, don’t worry! You can continue to watch all your channels, though you may need to adjust your resolution settings for the best picture quality.

What’s Not Changing:

Your Bill:

This change will not affect your bill.

Your Channels:

You will not lose any channels; we are simply eliminating duplicate standard-definition channels to streamline your lineup.
