The safety and well-being of the communities we serve and our employees is of utmost importance. As part of that commitment, we wanted to take a moment to share our current stance and practice as it relates to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
In short, we are monitoring this situation very closely, reviewing our current practices and adjusting our course based on current State and Federal recommendations.

OFFICE RESTRICTIONS
Effective immediately, our Bottineau location has been closed. Our Rolla and Langdon lobbies will be closed to walk-in traffic, however, there are phones in the entrances that can be used to contact staff inside.
PAYMENTS
Please put payments in the dropbox, we will not be able to assist customers face to face. Call our office directly for assistance. If you are unable to pay using one of the methods below, we are equipped to handle cash payments on-site if necessary.
Most of the work we do to provide you services can be done with little or no face to face contact. Please keep the following in mind:
- Most office visits or service troubles can be addressed remotely. Please continue to call us at 256-5156, 477-1101, 228-1101 or 1-800-844-9708 and let us help you resolve the issues.
- Payments can be made securely and electronically by phone at 1-844-829-1954 or go to www.utma.com and click on Pay Bill the top of the website or by downloading the SmartHub app;
- We cannot send a technician to a location where anyone has a contagious illness. When you call in for a service issue, we will ask you if everyone at the location is healthy before we dispatch.
- Appointments for new service or additions are scheduled days/weeks in advance. If you develop a contagious illness near the date of the appointment, we ask that you contact us to reschedule the appointment, so we are not exposing our technicians or contributing to the spread of the illness.
We are committed to keeping you up to date as developments arise. While we always regret missed opportunities to visit with you in person, your safety, along with our employees’ safety, is our utmost priority.
