This is Interim Pastor Mark Kolbo, an ELCA pastor who lives in Crary, ND. He has served OurSavior's/Trinity since Sept.1, 2003. Pastor Mark stays in Rolla five days a week and returns home to Crary Friday and Saturday. He has been filling in while the Parish is in a search process for a more permanent minister.  Pastor Mark is of course not the whole ministry of our parish; he is but one ministry leader of this priesthood of all believers in this place. Much of the ministry in this parish is already shown on the front page of this website. But there are as yet untapped opportunities for service and mission which we will begin exploring in the next few years. The Rolla Ministerium is beginning some very interesting projects for outreach. Local ministers are beginning to write the weekly devotional article for the Turtle Mountain Star. With the permission of the Rolla City Council, local churches will have an opportunity to present an hour weekly of programming (worship services, bible study, devotion, music,  etc.) on the local access channel of cable television. Being just a few miles from Belcourt and St. John, ND, there are many moments for cross-cultural interaction and outreach. The residents of Rolla also experience a rather high rate of turnover so there are no lack of new faces to meet and neighbors to invite to worship!   .
