QUALIFICATIONS:
Parent or guardian of applicant must be receiving telephone service from United Telephone Mutual Aid Corporation or Turtle Mountain Communications.

Applicant must be a High School graduate who will be furthering education in the 2008-2009 school term.

Application must be typed or computer printed and returned by March 31, 2008.

This application will be based on activities, leadership, need and scholarship.

A senior picture will be requested for all successful applicants.
